Our Story

Humble Beginnings

Bryan’s journey began with a passion for the arts, where he explored graphic design and cinematography as a young dreamer. However, right after high school, he made a pragmatic shift into the electrical trade—a mindful decision toward being a confident provider—one he playfully attributes to “having met a girl,” who is now his wife, a supportive partner of over 20 years, and the mother of his children.

With over two decades of experience as a certified Master Electrician, Bryan has cultivated extensive knowledge of his craft. Before founding Transition Electric, he dedicated a portion of his career to developing electrical teams through leadership, continuing education, and helping technicians reach their full potential. He started Transition Electric Co. with a clear vision to serve the community through educating customers about the electrical systems in their homes and businesses.

When his hands aren’t on the tools, Bryan collaborates with contractors to address various electrical challenges for homeowners and acts as a consultant for real estate agents and inspectors during property transactions. A lover of philosophy, he recognizes the importance of balance in life and dedicates quality time to his wife and children, understanding that true fulfillment comes from nurturing relationships and embracing the present moment.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Bryan remains engaged with the arts and keeps busy through reading, writing, and skateboarding. He even manages his own skateboard company, a passion that has been with him since childhood.
